Horizon Yacht has announced hull #16 of their FD87 model has launched from the Horizon Vision Shipyard in Taiwan and will soon be delivered to her American owners.
The most popular model in the acclaimed FD Series, the FD87 embodies the space, layout and performance that define the Fast Displacement range. This FD87 Skyline model features five spacious staterooms, including a full-beam on-deck master suite in which the owner specified a full-beam his-and-hers ensuite – the first of its kind aboard an FD87.

On the main deck, a large aft deck lounging area leads into the main salon, which features full-height windows. Here the owners specified light anegre as the main wood to maintain a light, open feel, while stitched leather paneling creates an atmosphere of elegance.

Four ensuite guest staterooms are situated on the lower deck, and include mirrored queen-size VIPs amidships, a convertible twin to port and a fourth queen-size VIP in the bow.

This build features an enclosed skylounge with a smaller footprint than other FD Series Skyline yachts, so as to accommodate a larger exterior boat deck with an indoor/outdoor entertaining area and tender storage aft.

Sporting a custom light grey hull requested by her owners, the latest FD87 Skyline is powered by twin CAT C32 diesels of 1,600hp each and fitted with ZeroSpeed stabilization.
Fitted throughout with ingenious amenities and endless options for customization, the FD87 is quickly becoming one of the world’s most sought-after mid-range motor yachts.
Derani Yachts are delighted to have been appointed the Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore dealers for Horizon Yacht. For more information on the FD87 or other Horizon yacht builds, please get in touch.
