Derani Yachts is pleased to announce the expansion of its Southeast Asia network with a new presence in Bali, Indonesia, based at the upcoming Bali Gapura Marina in Benoa.
As one of the world’s most spectacular cruising regions, Indonesia offers an exceptional yachting lifestyle — from Bali and Lombok to Komodo, Raja Ampat and beyond. With the development of Bali Gapura Marina, Indonesia is entering an exciting new chapter as a serious international yachting destination.
Bali Gapura Marina is positioned within the Bali Maritime Tourism Hub and is planned as Indonesia’s first international marina, with modern berthing, technical support, customs clearance and hospitality services for visiting yachts. The marina is set to offer 180 berths for vessels up to 90 metres, with its dock soft opening scheduled for 2026 and full commercial operation planned for 2027.
Leading Derani Yachts’ presence in Indonesia is Morten Bottcher, who will serve as our Indonesia Partner based at Bali Gapura Marina.
Based at Bali Gapura Marina in Benoa, Morten Bottcher oversees Derani Yachts’ operations in Indonesia, supporting yacht sales, brokerage, and client relations. With strong regional experience and a hands-on approach, he helps clients navigate every stage of yacht ownership with confidence.
This new local presence allows Derani Yachts to better support yacht owners, buyers and boating enthusiasts in Indonesia, while connecting them to our wider regional network across Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and beyond.
