The "Boat of The Year" award is one of the most sought after awards a manufacturer can receive in the marine industry, and the selection process starts with testing more than 100 boats per year of all sizes, types and makes, from PWCs to cruisers, and wakeboats to offshore fishing craft.
For 2020 the Axopar 28 Cabin has the honour of being given the title of "Boat of The Year". The award is presented annually by the world's largest powerboat magazine, Boating. Quoting the 2020 jury:

This is the first time that the "Boat of The Year" title has been awarded to a European boat builder.
